Are you a visionary designer looking to craft the next generation of digital experiences? Nexus Digital Studio is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our award-winning creative team in San Francisco. You will lead the end-to-end design process, transforming complex user problems into elegant, intuitive, and high-impact digital products.
We are looking for a storyteller and a problem-solver who believes that great design is not just how it looks, but how it works. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of modern interface design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of user-centric digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on prototypes.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Framer.
- Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure brand consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation and design integrity.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of constructive design feedback.
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize the conversion and engagement of interfaces.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Proven ability to translate user research and data into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional product squads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
