Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop user-centered design systems and component libraries for web/mobile applications
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and impact analysis
- Maintain consistent design language across all digital touchpoints
- mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Knowledge of design systems and component-driven workflows
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
