Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end UX/UI design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and data-driven iteration to optimize conversion funnels.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers to ensure technical feasibility and design integrity.
- Facilitate design workshops and critique sessions to foster a culture of creative excellence and continuous improvement.
- Synthesize complex technical constraints into intuitive, clean, and accessible user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our growing internal design culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within the SaaS or tech industry.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, clean visual design, and user-centered methodology.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS/React) to facilitate effective design handoffs.
- Deep experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience in prototyping complex interactions and animation workflows.
