Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated predictive models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Lead the transition of models from research prototypes to production-grade environments.

- Continuously optimize existing machine learning pipelines for latency, accuracy, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, specifically in predictive modeling and ML.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong grasp of MLOps practices, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
