Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative insights
- Develop design documentation and maintain component libraries in Figma
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and clients
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
