Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex web/mobile interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business objectives
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize user journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech portfolios
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with motion design skills
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience working in agile development environments with JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
