Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS product portfolios
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate quantitative user research into design decisions
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams using JIRA and Git
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and problem-solving capabilities
