Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate designs into scalable code.
- Present design concepts and defend creative decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Optimize user flows and conversion rates based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Proven expertise in designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web interfaces.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects with a clear design thinking process.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping principles.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a significant plus.
