Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable RESTful APIs using Python and Django.
- Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with frontend teams to define and implement seamless integrations.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
- Identify system bottlenecks and propose innovative architectural improvements.
- Maintain security best practices and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Deep proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ) and caching strategies.
