Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect solutions in agile sprints
- Create compelling design narratives through storyboards and journey mapping
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize conversion funnels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Experience conducting moderated usability tests and A/B testing methodologies
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Experience leading design sprints and cross-functional workshops
