Responsibilities
- Design scalable UI systems and high-fidelity prototypes for web/mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Develop design systems with Figma and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design specifications
- Establish and enforce UX best practices and accessibility guidelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS/tech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, and visual design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design principles, and component architecture
- Certification in UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
