Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation, ensuring seamless user journeys
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers and establish design systems documentation
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize product experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Proven experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in SaaS or fintech products preferred
