Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders using compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and visual polish
- Experience conducting user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of responsive design constraints
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
