Responsibilities
- Drive the full lifecycle of technical projects from inception to deployment.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for engineering squads.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and technical debt.
- Communicate project status, progress, and blockers to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align engineering efforts with company roadmaps.
- Manage resource allocation and budget planning for large-scale initiatives.
- Champion Agile methodologies to improve team velocity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software development projects.
- Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong technical proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is highly preferred.
