Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Define and execute long-term R&D strategies to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Experimental Design: Design and conduct rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and prototype new technologies.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to interpret complex datasets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate scientific findings into scalable products.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and graduate students, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Intellectual Property: Prepare patents, white papers, and technical documentation for publication and legal protection.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a research and development role within a high-tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or R, and experience with simulation software.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and derive actionable insights from raw data.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
