Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design projects for enterprise SaaS products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
