Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for our flagship web and mobile product suites.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our enterprise-grade design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and constructive feedback sessions.
- Translate complex data and workflows into simple, accessible user journeys.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for B2B or consumer-facing digital products.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design and interaction patterns.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong grasp of HTML/CSS capabilities (coding ability is a plus, not a requirement).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
