Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and D3.js
- Lead data preprocessing initiatives involving ETL pipelines and data quality frameworks
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews
- Stay current with academic research and implement novel algorithms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
- Published research or portfolio demonstrating NLP/CV projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Track record of deploying production-level ML systems
