Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create intuitive user flows and complex interface layouts for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and evolve our proprietary design system to ensure brand consistency across all products.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative data and user feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the studio.
- Present design concepts and rationales to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or agency environment.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and modern visual design aesthetics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React) to ensure high-quality handoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, beautiful user experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
