Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final visual assets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Conduct rigorous user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Maintain and evolve our enterprise-level design system (Atomic Design methodology).
- Mentor junior designers and participate in creative design reviews.
- Transform complex requirements into elegant, user-centric interface solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design and user-centered thinking.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern front-end constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
