Responsibilities
- Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma/Skate
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect UI solutions
- Develop responsive design patterns for web/mobile platforms
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects with measurable impact
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive frameworks
- Experience with user testing methodologies and analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel)
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional certification
