Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes through research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-aligned solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate designs and drive measurable improvements
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders and client partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working in agile development environments and design collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
