Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process for web and mobile fintech applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop design systems and UI components ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and user flows
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with fintech or SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methods and usability testing
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into intuitive interfaces
