Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and leadership for feedback and approval.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design patterns, and information architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
