Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
- Data Engineering: Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large, heterogeneous datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Deployment: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and real-time performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise insights and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing to integrate innovative techniques into our stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical roadmap of the analytics department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Big Data technologies (Spark, AWS Glue).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
