- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design specifications
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user insights
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate designs based on performance metrics
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and polished visual systems
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments and present to executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows
