Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our core AI-driven analytics engine.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to ship high-impact machine learning models and features.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to uncover high-growth product opportunities.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into elegant, customer-centric user interfaces.
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including user retention and conversion.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing AI/ML or analytics-heavy digital products.
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to participate in deep architectural discussions with engineers.
- Exceptional data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, and modern product analytics tools.
- Superb communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence without authority across all business levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly analytical field; MBA is a plus.
