Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive UI systems and design components that ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop design documentation and style guides for scalable design systems
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement of digital products
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
