Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation and scoping to final delivery and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Report performance metrics and project status to senior leadership and external clients.
- Manage the project budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the Software/IT industry.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and manage conflicting priorities.
