Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, Backend) to define requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver features on time.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput for a seamless user experience.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code efficiently, and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Full Stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js or Vue.js, and Node.js or Express. Experience with TypeScript is highly preferred.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including schema design and optimization.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a strong drive for results.
