Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes through research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user journeys
- Proficient in HTML/CSS for design handoff and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
