Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure with IaC best practices
- Lead complex cloud migration projects while ensuring zero-downtime transitions
- Optimize cloud spend through architecture improvements and resource automation
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure-as-code deployments
- Implement robust security frameworks and compliance controls (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to enhance platform reliability
Qualifications
- 8+ years of infrastructure experience with 4+ years in cloud environments
- Expert-level certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Expert/Azure DevOps Expert)
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code patterns
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, EKS, and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
