Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and end-to-end product lifecycles from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and user psychology
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Background in data visualization and dashboard design preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
