Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis workflows to solve complex business problems
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and pipeline efficiency
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and customer success
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data visualization and storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record in tech industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehouse optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data visualizations and business impact
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
