Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect UI solutions
- Create design documentation and style guides for engineering handoff
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and user journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies and measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research techniques including usability testing, persona development, and journey mapping
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
