What You'll Achieve:
In this pivotal role, you'll own end-to-end project lifecycles, optimize resource allocation, and implement agile methodologies to accelerate delivery. You'll serve as the central point of communication, translating technical requirements into actionable plans while mitigating risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Your leadership will directly influence our product roadmap and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and implement JIRA/Asana for workflow optimization
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through regular risk assessments and contingency planning
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, engineering, and external partners
- Drive process improvements using data analytics to enhance team productivity and project success rates
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing team dynamics
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Expertise in managing complex software development lifecycles and cloud migration projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 15+ members across multiple time zones
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong business acumen to translate technical requirements into strategic deliverables
- Experience with budget management exceeding $5M annually
