Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to implementation for complex digital products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business objectives
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, interactive mockups, and design specifications
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking principles across the organization
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to innovate user experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and design sprint facilitation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate user feedback and data into actionable design improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and measurable impact on user engagement
