Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Document test cases, defects, and quality metrics using JIRA/TestRail
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality benchmarks
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and drive preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/SDLC with SaaS product focus
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills and defect management expertise
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
