Responsibilities
- Design Strategy: Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final visual execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into compelling user interfaces.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable, consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms (Web, Mobile, Tablet).
- User Research: Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Visual Design: Create stunning, modern, and accessible visual assets, icons, and micro-interactions that align with current industry trends.
- Hand-off: Deliver pixel-perfect designs and detailed design specs to the engineering team for seamless implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity design work, case studies, and a clear design process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Technical: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts is a strong plus.
