Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime and sub-second load times.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and guide architectural decisions within the engineering team.
- Security Implementation: Proactively identify security vulnerabilities and implement necessary patches to safeguard user data.
- API Development: Design and document RESTful and GraphQL APIs that power our front-end interfaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
