Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create pixel-perfect UI components and design systems for scalability

- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Drive accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across all digital products
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Proven experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with agile development processes and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement
