Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Create interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools for stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iteration
- Proficiency in creating design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
