Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level software initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining proactive stakeholder communication
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery excellence
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/software industry
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise with Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and cost control
- Track record of delivering complex projects in matrixed organizations
- Experience with remote/hybrid team management and distributed workflows
