Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
