Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-level projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Stakeholder alignment across C-suite, engineering, and product teams
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for high-impact initiatives
- Performance tracking using JIRA, Asana, and custom dashboards
- Process optimization through PMO framework implementation
- Vendor management and contract negotiation
- Team leadership and capability development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/finance
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced data analysis skills (SQL, Power BI)
- Change management certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
