Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
