Job Description
Are you a visionary designer who believes that complex problems deserve elegant, human-centric solutions? PixelFlow Dynamics is looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our high-impact product team in San Francisco. You will lead the design vision for our flagship SaaS platform, translating abstract user needs into intuitive interfaces that drive engagement and retention.
We don't just design screens; we craft ecosystems. You will work in a fast-paced environment where data-informed decision-making meets creative intuition. Join us in shaping the future of digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define the product roadmap and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user testing sessions to validate hypotheses and iterate based on actionable feedback.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of high-quality design craft and peer review.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing interface components.
- Advocate for user-centric principles within the organization through data-backed design critiques.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or consumer-tech environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user journey mapping, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency with design industry tools such as Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, React components) to bridge the gap with engineering.
- Experience conducting remote and in-person user usability studies and synthesizing findings.
- Proven ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
