Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle from initial discovery and user research to high-fidelity UI design.
- Develop and scale a world-class, multi-platform design system in Figma.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and turn qualitative insights into actionable design iterations.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate complex user flows and motion design to stakeholders.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to ensure pixel-perfect deployment.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices across the engineering and business units.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience designing complex SaaS, mobile, and web applications.
- An outstanding online portfolio showcasing deep interaction design, visual polish, and structured case studies.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, interactive prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer), and visual design software.
- Proven experience building, maintaining, and documenting enterprise-grade design systems.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate the "why" behind design decisions.
