Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2C products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Strong presentation skills with experience pitching to executive leadership
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
