Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design projects for fintech products, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Stay current with emerging design trends and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and motion design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries in enterprise environments
- Ability to articulate design decisions through clear documentation and presentations
